NYPD's New Cycling Crackdown – Here's How You Can Take Action

The NYPD recently implemented a new policy of issuing criminal summonses to cyclists for minor infractions, like rolling through a stop sign or crossing a red light, while drivers committing similar offenses still receive only traffic tickets. This policy, which can lead to serious legal consequences, has sparked concern among cycling advocates.
