A: You should login, go to your profile and update the information so it's correct.

A: Yes! While the Covid Pandemic is still with us you must not only register but be a member to go on a ride. Once this is over we'll go back to some version of what the old procedure was.

Q: My user name is listed on the site as my full given name, but I go by a nickname. Can I have my user name adjusted?

A: As long as it's your accepted nickname and it's recognizable by other members to identify you, then you can request the Membership Coordinator change your name for you. Your login will adjust to use the new name, as well.

Q: I'm a leader and I just listed a ride, but it isn't showing up.

A: When you list a ride, it goes into the queue for the Day Trips Coordinators to review and approve. Once they approve the ride listing, it will show up in the calendar and on the Day Trips list for all to view. If they have any questions or concerns, they will reach out directly to you to discuss.

A: Your annual membership dues must be paid in order to access certain areas of the website, such as the forum, the cue-sheet library, and the Bicycletter repository.
