Here's some haiku-ish poems that I wrote, cycling wise:


Crowded Subways, Traffic Jams,

Airport Rumbling.

My bicycle has one seat.


Grey grows on my chin.

Young, their bikes ride this hill fast,

I reach the top first.


Bills on Sunday night,

Worries for the week,

Today I ride my bike.


spoke count, carbon frame, aero, grams,

full Campy, Dura Ace...

still passing tulips in Spring.


Humming buzz of Spring,

Colors bloom in front of me,

Peloton passing.


Bicycle shadow grows long.

Setting Sun,

pulling me quickly homeward.


Winds push into back, wheels piercing ground,

Stars blinking their path.

My bike and I, now home
