It's never too early to start some hills. Lovely ride through some burbs, by some country, some shoreline, through a sculpture park with lunch at the very yummy Forest Ave. Diner (https://www.forestavegrill.com/menus). Start from Westbury LIRR (Train from Atlantic Ave at 8:44 am, changing at Jamaica, from Penn at 8:59 am direct to Westbury, parking near the station). Meet on the south side of the station parking lot on Railroad Ave.
