Thanks to Deb Friedman for resurrecting this ride from an old Club cue sheet. It's a beaut. Starting at the Milford Metro North Station, 42 miles of farms, fields, and barns (both horse and book) (you read that right). Lunch will be at the classic Teddy B's Diner in Bethany. There are uphills but they are totally worth it because the downs are delicious. The Metro North schedule for September isn't available yet, but there is currently a 8:02 am train out of Grand Central that arrives in Milford at 9:55 am on Saturdays and that is probably what we'll recommend to people getting to the start by train. There is free parking at the Milford Metro North station on the weekends. This is an Advanced ride, 15 mph on the flats. We would like to ride as a group and so are limiting the ride to 10 riders. If the ride is full when you try to sign up, sign up anyway. There are usually lots of comings and goings on the list. If a space opens up, you will get an email telling you to sign up and you have to do that. It isn't automatic.
