Join us as we hit some of the lesser known parts of Staten Island. This ride takes us through the neighborhoods of Port Richmond and Mariners Harbor [new route] as we access the beautiful Staten island Bike Trail. We ride up Arthur Kill Road and have a stop at the Blazing Star Cemetery / Staten island Boat Graveyard. From there its up the big hill, You will be rewarded as Killmeyers Old Bavaria Inn is right at the top. On the way back, the ride takes us through Blue Heron Pond where we will stop at scenic Spring Pond. We then ride back along the South Coast before climbing up to Fort Wadsworth for those jaw dropping views of the harbor. From there, just a few miles to the Ferry.

We meet at 9:45 and will be catching the 10:00 Ferry. You can also meet us at Boro Hall on the Staten Island Side at 10:30. The ride is 35 miles long. Has 900+ elevation, some of the familiar Staten Island Hills, with the steepest being a 6.4% grade. Take your usual bike stuff.

Lastly, if you end up on a waitlist and receive a waitlist notification, you must open the email and register for the ride using the link provided in the email. The system does not automatically bump you up to the ride if a spot become available.
