Come join us as we start in Howard Beach - then loop around Jamaica Bay and by the ocean riding over the Cross Bay Bridge passing the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge and Broad Channel into the Rockaways, riding by the ocean to Riis Park and back over the Marine Park Bridge with a loop around Shirley Chisholm Park. This ride will get your heart pumping, legs moving, while enjoying lovely sights and views. We will stop for lunch along the way.

Make sure your bike is in good working condition and bring your helmet, spare tube, and hydration.
