Manhattan Perimeter Patch Series - Rescheduled from May 12 - 1 of 5 needed to earn the Patch

Come ride with us on this late winter training ride as we bike around the beautiful boro of Manhattan.  We encourage new riders to sign up for this ride. Haven't been on your bike ( and who has that much with this winter), then this is the perfect ride for you and if you have been a winter warrior and riding, come join us anyway for a fun day.

We will have beautiful views of the East River, Harlem River, GWB and Hudson River with neighboring NJ across the way. On our way heading up north, we will be making a stop at Tread Bike Store at Dyckman St in Inwood before continuing over to the west side greenway heading south.  Please note: If too windy on Greenway, we will adjust the route.

This is a moderate lite ride of about 12 - 14 mph in the front, but will be open to all to dust off the cobwebs.

Ride will start and end in lower Manhattan at City Hall. You must complete the ride in its entirely to count towards the perimeter patch reward.

AS ALWAYS CHECK WEBSITE THE NIGHT BEFORE / EARLY MORNING OF FOR ANY WEATHER UPDATES OR CANCELLATIONS.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS RIDE WILL COUNT AS ONE OF THE PERIMETER SERIES TOWARDS THE PATCH.

Mileage = 32 (actually reduced to 29.4 because we have designs a wind-avoidant route here in RWGPS)
