The 2023 summer streets program is on once again, and has expanded to East Harlem this year for the first time. The car-free bike ride has extended to East 109th Street, providing more than eight miles of car-free streets. 
 
The ride will start at Larry’s Free Wheeling Bike Store @ 301 Cathedral Parkway - https://larrysfreewheeling.com.   Larry’s is a family owned, operated, licensed, and insured bike repair shop serving New York for many years. A bike with gears is strongly recommended.  We will proceed to lower Manhattan via car free Park Ave., and will reverse and head north on Park Ave. to East Harlem, and then to our starting location.
