
Join us on September 27th for a 35 mile journey through Westchester and Connecticut, passing gorgeous homes, quiet roads and waterfront views. About 10 miles are on the scenic Riversville Road in Greenwich.
This ride is listed as Moderate, but will be going at an Upper Moderate pace on the flats (14-15 mph). There are hills on this ride, so be comfortable shifting gears. There are no ascents greater than 8% according to RWGPS.
We will meet at the Harrison Metro North train station. There is a train from Grand Central leaving at 8:36 AM and gets to Harrison at 9:21 AM.
We will have lunch in Port Chester at The Kneaded Bread (https://www.thekneadedbread.com/), which is known for its bread, pastries, sandwiches and soups.
We will have a restroom break at Mile 10.6 at the Westchester County Airport.

Please bring good cheer and a bike in good working order. Please make sure your tires are properly inflated, bring a spare tube, sunscreen, water, and snacks to keep you fortified. As always, a properly fitted helmet is required.
