Come join us as we start at Parade Grounds and head out to Canarsie Pier and loop around Jamaica Bay and by the ocean riding over the Crossbay Bridge and Marine Park Bridge . This ride will take us through Howard Beach, passing Jamaica Bay Wildlife refuge and Broad Channel into the Rockaways along the ocean before making our way back to Brooklyn . This ride will get your heart pumping, legs moving, while enjoying lovely sights and ocean breezes. There will be lunch stop at a deli right before making our way across Cross Bay bridge with great food options and outdoor seating . This will be a MODERATE-LITE RIDE PACE, 11-12 MPH on the greenways. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS RIDE IF YOU CANNOT KEEP A MODERATE PACE. THERE ARE BRIDGES AND YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE RIDING THEM .
