Here comes Summer (Streets, that is)! This annual event in August represents the Club's finest hours—we are one of the only bike clubs in the City that offers free bike repairs to anyone who needs them during this annual event, and we shine!

Be a part of our 13-year tradition of helping fellow cyclists, promoting the virtues of cycling, and joining our club. Our dedicated crew of talented mechanics forms the backbone of the effort, but we also need folks to greet people, talk about the club, sign up new members, pump tires, change tires, give advice, etc. It's a great chance to connect with people you might not have seen for a while and/or make new friends.

The event takes place over three Saturdays (August 1, 8, and 15), from 7 a.m.–3 p.m., during which time Park Avenue is closed to vehicular traffic for most of its length. If you can sign up for all three weekends, great. If you can only do one or two—maybe only for an hour or two—we're still glad to have your help. Don't be strangers.
