Where else would we head on an August day , Long Beach of course! Riding along the ocean in August is a perfect way to escape , ocean breezes , ocean views and a delicious lunch at Lido Deli.

We will ride on greenways to Riis Park, through the Rockaways, into Atlantic Beach, along the boardwalk in Long Beach before making our way to Lido Deli.

This will be a Moderate ride, but please be able to keep no less than 10MPH in the back. PLEASE NOTE RIDE IS ABOUT 52 MILES R/T. YOU CAN TAKE THE LIRR BACK OR THE FERRY AT 108TH STREET IN ROCKAWAY.

Please bring all your bikey stuff, always a helmet, and especially hydration.
