We are bringing back one of our favorite rides. Join us on a quiet Sunday morning as we ride to Sea Cliff from Garden City. Sea Cliff is a quaint North Shore enclave that was a former retreat. We will ride there from Garden City whenever possible, using some back roads (including a very, very, very short dirt road most will walk), stopping at the cliff park overlooking the Long Island Sound. The ride also explores some gorgeous North Shore Gold Coast areas. The ride is somewhat hilly in a few places, but scenic, a good combination. We will be stopping around mile 23 at a bagel place for a short break.

Ride is listed as Moderate, but will be at the high end of moderate. Our pace will be decreased by the hills. Everyone will take hills at their own pace, and we will regroup after any hill.

Ride starts at about 10:15. It meets on the east side of the Country Life Press LIRR station by St. James Street and Filbert Street. Note this is not the Garden City station. Ride is listed with the SBRA. A train from the City is scheduled to arrive at 10:15. If driving, you can park for free on the streets right by the station on weekends.
