Join us on our adventure to the Boogie Down Bronx, to Arthur Avenue, the Bronx’s Little Italy. Enjoy this hidden little gem far away from Manhattan (well, not too far), with Italian specialties, bakeries, and cheese shops. Bring a bag and take home some of these treats.

We will make our way up to Arthur Avenue via greenways, and our return will be via the High Bridge. This is a new route home with its beautiful views. Picture time! If you have never been on the High Bridge, this is a must-do!

One meetup will be in Manhattan @ Hester and Chrystie @ 9:45, inside the park by the benches (Jacqueline will be the Manhattan leader), for all Manhattan riders.

Second meetup will be at Jay and Tillary, NE corner, @ 9:30 (Maureen will be the Brooklyn leader).

We will all meet in the park, where there is a restroom, before we start making our way to the Boogie Down. There are many options for lunch—a great Italian deli and everyone’s favorite, Full Moon Pizza!

Please bring all your bikey stuff, and a helmet is a must.
