A Little Brooklyn A Little Baseball
About this event

We have not listed this ride for quite a few years and we keep getting requests. So, as we are about to start a new season, lets hope for decent weather as, with the start of the season, hope springs eternal.
Don't just sit in the bleachers! Take a ride with a number of short stops, as we explore a small slice of Brooklyn's baseball history, where prospects grew and players lived. For the non-baseball fan, we will have interesting Brooklyn streets and sights along with stories to make you smile and maybe tug an emotion or two. Bring hydration, lock, money for food, an inquisitive attitude and a good sense of humor. Baseball jersey optional.
Actual length of the ride is a game day decision based upon our progress.
Photo is a picture of Jackie Robinson and family across from the home he rented in East Flatbush during his early years with the Dodgers. We will be stopping by this home with a special Jackie story near the end of the ride.
