Won’t you be my neighbor? Fresh Meadows! This is my neighborhood for the last 39 years. And what makes a neighborhood?  Let me take you around and present some history and highlights. We will ride the axis of 2 main bike pathways, 73rd Avenue and Little Neck/Cloverdale Blvd. Douglaston Manor Shore Road is on the route as well as some bike lanes you may ride for the first time. Food is Blaze Pizza where we will have a 90 minute bike class over lunch.  There are 10 other close and good food choices nearby.

Itinerary: 1)ride east to Glen Oaks/Douglaston Manor  2)Noon lunch and bike seminar @Blaze Pizza Plaza, 188th St x HH. 3)1:30pm, ride west to SJU, QC, FM Park, Kissena Park, local ice cream shop stop close out just 15 minutes to finish.

Bike Tech100: bike fit, brake adjustments, bike chains, front derailleur, hands on flat/tube change. Come for the bike seminar and lunch even if you do not care to ride.
