Let's start the morning off with a half hour trip on the breezy Staten Island ferry, followed by waterfront vistas along the island's northern coast. We'll pass container ships and bustling commerce before turning inward and onto bike trails hugging Fresh Kills Park. If we're lucky, we'll spy a family of foxes. Then off to the beach and Fort Wadsworth, before returning to the ferry. Lunch will be at Bravo Pizzeria - 2 and a half hours into the ride - so bring snacks. And a heads up, we'll be biking on crushed gravel for a little over a mile.
