Sourland - Out of Town Spring Training Series
About this event
A lovely ride that starts out in New Brunswick, NJ, goes along the nice, flat Delaware Raritan Canal and then does some energizing climbs (and descents!) through Sourland Mountain Preserve. Lunch will be in Hopewell and we'll end up at Princeton Junction for our train ride home.
There is a 9:14am NJ Transit train from NY Penn Station to New Brunswick. Buy a one-way ticket b/c we'll be coming back from Princeton Junction, NOT New Brunswick.
Please bring a bike in good working condition. Make sure your tires are properly inflated before heading from home. Bring a spare tube, a helmet, at least one water bottle and snacks to keep you fortified before we reach our lunch spot.
