Every borough has their premier park. Parks like Central Park, Flushing Meadows Park, and Prospect Park. But, there are also those small neighborhood parks that don't get the recognition. This ride celebrates some of those small Brooklyn parks. We are riding to the following parks - Fort Greene Park, Amersfort Park, Marine Park/Salt Marsh, Gravesend Park, McKinley Park and others. Lunch will be a wonderful curry place called Laghman Express at mile 15.

The ride will be co-led, by Margery Cooper, who was also one of the ride designers. Ride is 25 miles with elevation of 700 feet with maximum grade of 5%. Ride will be at a moderate pace. Bring lock, lights just in case, snacks, and a  spirit of adventure. This is winter - so please check the web site in the event of any weather based delays or cancellations.
