About this event
Most of you have done our Croton Reservoir Triple-Cross ride. You have probably gazed off to your left at Croton Gorge Park. But have you ever gone into this park?
On this ride we're going into Croton Gorge Park for a 2-mile hike and history lesson. The hike is free but you do need to register: https://aqueduct.org/event/?id=254
Meet at Grand Central Terminal in time to catch the 8:50 to Croton-Harmon. (The train terminates at Poughkeepsie.) Do not wait in the waiting room. Go directly to the platform, get on the train, and find a place for you and your bike. From Croton-Harmon it's 6.5 miles to the park. After the hike we can do lunch before taking the train home.
If you're driving to Croton-Harmon or getting there by other means, meet us at the station at 9:43.
