This ride offers a dynamite one-two punch and they are right next door to each other in Blauvelt: Giovanni’s for pizza and Louie’s for ice cream.

To get there, we will ride through Bergen and Rockland Counties.  For part of the way back we will enjoy the serenity of the Joseph B. Clarke trail.

Lunch will be halfway through this 40 mile ride.  The one significant hill will be Churchill in the latter part of the ride.

This ride is listed as Advanced and is limited to 12 trippers to keep the group together as we ride.  You must be able to maintain 15 mph on flat terrain.

Please bring a bike in good working condition. Make sure your tires are properly inflated before heading from home. Bring a spare tube, a helmet, sunscreen, at least one water bottle and snacks to keep you fortified before we reach our lunch spot.
