I LIKE IKE! This ride will not lower your taxes, but it could lower your blood pressure. We will do a brief highlight stop at the Nassau Museum Mile for water/restroom. We buy lunch from campy Stew Leonard's (so much choice and cheap cold bottles of water) and eat it in the shaded Blue Pavilion in IKE Park. Ugh for IU Willets hill if too hot and/or not in good shape!

Make sure your bike is in good working condition with properly inflated tires before leaving home in the morning. Always check your email and the website for last minute status of the ride in case of potential bad weather. Bring two water bottles, sunscreen, a spare tube and snacks.

If you register, but can no longer make the ride, please unregister so someone from the waitlist can participate. Lastly, if you sign up for the waitlist and receive a waitlist notification, you must open the email and register for the ride using the link provided in the email. The system does not automatically bump you up to the ride if a spot becomes available.
