Turns out that Max and Mina's is Shomer Shabbos - As John Goodman said in The Big Leowski - "I don't roll on Shabbos."  Fortunately, NYC has so many great options.  One of them is Pye Boat Noodles.  Located in Astoria, Pye Boat Noodle specializes in Thai Street Food.  Their chive pancakes are pillows of deliciousness.  Their curries are spicy and sublime.  And the Thai Iced Coffee can power you all the way back home.

This ride is at a Happy Face - No Dawdling Pace.  There is not much elevations except on the bridges.  Bring a sturdy lock as we will be parking the bikes on street.
