Tarrytown - Scenic Series
About this event
This ride is a late substitution for the Old Croton Aqueduct ride which has been postponed to Saturday, April 27th.
From Van Cortlandt Park we will go to the Westchester waterfront town of Tarrytown. Meeting place is at 242nd St & Broadway, 1 block south of the restrooms. Outbound is via the Putnam Trail system. In Tarrytown we will enjoy Greek lunch at Lefteris Gyro. We have the option to ride down to the Hudson River for a view and photo of the Mario Cuomo Bridge (but then we have to ride uphill to get back to Broadway). Return to Van Cortlandt is via Broadway and Warburton.
