In what has become a traditional cold weather ride - we are once again heading to Ramblersville (also known as West Hamilton Beach). This is one of the most remote regions in Queens - hemmed in by the Hawtree Basin on one side and JFK Airport on the other. Picture a kind of more run down version of City Island - without the tourists. If you have never been here - you would never think that you are still in NYC.

This is a mostly flat 33 mile ride. We will be doing it at a moderate pace. Lunch is at New Park Pizza and comes at about the 20 mile portion of the ride. If you get hangry - make sure to take a snack to enjoy. Please take a sturdy lock, lights, and a spare tube. And of course, bring your spirit of adventure.
